Thank you for finding out more about us. As a duo we have been working in the flooring industry for over 15 years each. Both of us specialise in different areas to ensure that we can meet the needs of our customers. Read below to find out more about us.

Luke Sarchet

Luke originally worked at a carpet company in Kidderminster when he was 18 years old. He was fortunate to learn from professionals in the field of carpets that had 30 plus years of experience. Luke became one of few people of his generation to be trained in the original carpeting techniques such as silver seaming, hand binding and sewing of body carpet. He is qualified in Karndean flooring and specialises in the fitting of the flooring. Luke is obsessed with creating a positive customer experience when it comes to giving them the dream flooring they want.

Luke Andrews

Luke trained in flooring along side his father when he was as young as 16 years old. He learnt all about the various types of flooring and fitting techniques. But his strength lay in conversing with the customer so that they know all of the best options to achieve the look they want. As with Luke Sarchet, Luke Andrews is dedicated to creating a positive purchasing experience for customers so that they feel they have been listened to and will answer and questions they have to put them at ease.
